Hi, I’m Olivia Nutter.

Founder Olivia A. Nutter is a thoughtful and dynamic leader who leverages her diverse skill set of policymaking, community engagement, and strategic impact - honed by experiences in the government, non-profit, and CDFI sectors - to further the strategy and goal of equitable economic growth.

When not working, Olivia can be found watching various HGTV and Food Network shows, singing along (not poorly, but not well) to show tunes, playing the New York Times crossword, or hosting a monthly game night for her friends.

Olivia’s discipline, drive, and passion for this work are most evident in her accomplishments, which include:

  • creating a new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) portfolio within the Democratic Staff of the U.S. Senate Small Business Committee;

  • Senate introduction of four original pieces of legislation focused on economic equity in the small business space;

  • additional emphasis on underserved business owners in pandemic-related relief legislation; and

  • creating and implementing a new framework to help a national CDFI better incorporate racial equity into its lending policies and practices.
